We only serve food which we would like to eat ourselves. In our first year we achieved a silver award in the Taste of the West awards and later, in 2014, we have a much coveted gold award.
Our produce is sourced in the South West, where we’re blessed with some of the finest ingredients in the world. All our meat is free range, our fish and vegetables are sourced as locally as possible and are ordinarily only served when they are in season. All our dairy and cheeses also come from South West.
We believe all of this gives us some of the freshest and finest ingredients. We then prepare them simply and cook them only when you order – it takes time, effort and patience but we believe it is worth it!
